Essential Job Functions Leverages digital analytics and manages day-to-day operations of the paid Display & Social Media Acquisition plans. Creates and manages campaigns that deliver on key KPIs of sales calls and premium, measuring and evaluating the overall effectiveness of key campaigns. Leads end to end build-out of paid display and social campaigns (i.e. DV360, Facebook, etc.), daily management and optimization of in-market campaigns to deliver against key KPIs, manage ongoing data reporting. Analyzes weekly campaign performance to feed into management reporting and leads audience management and segment creation within technology platforms. Leads daily performance analysis to determine optimization opportunities to implement in-market Display and Social campaigns to deliver effective campaigns in driving efficient leads into the funnel for conversion. Takes ownership of managing monthly digital media budget by partnering closely and providing Finance with budget actuals and forecast. Leads daily management (actualizing, optimizing and planning) of the paid Display & Social media budgets with minimal supervision. Recommends testing of new innovative approaches for display, social media and in-market initiatives to generate quality leads. Partners with analytics team to create dashboards for analysis and optimization. Leads insight/implication development of display and social media creative performance. Manages vendors, including display networks and social websites. Coordinates with cross functional partners to include analytics, creative/content and customer relationship management (CRM) team to execute specific display and social media campaigns as needed. Requirements Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. English proficiency (resumes must be forwarded in English) Proven experience with Braze or similar marketing automation platforms. Salesforce Marketing Cloud Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic coding for email templates. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage and implement several marketing campaigns. Develop and execute marketing automation strategies using Braze to enhance customer engagement and retention. Design and implement personalized marketing campaigns across email, push notifications, SMS, and other channels. Utilize Braze's real-time data analytics to monitor campaign performance and optimize for better results. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product, and data analytics to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns. Manage segmentation and targeting to deliver relevant content to different customer segments. Design and conduct A/B tests and multivariate tests within Braze to evaluate campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. Create and maintain detailed documentation of automation processes and workflows. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in marketing automation and customer engagement.
