Key Responsibilities As a temporary customer service representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: Taking a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates while navigating multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues. Communicating professionally in a conversational manner while utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Being punctual, reliable, and dedicated to making a difference, with a strong focus on problem-solving and acting with integrity. Utilizing Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word, to perform tasks and duties. Typing at a minimum of 25 words per minute to efficiently handle customer inquiries. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or GED. Successful completion of mandatory training. Customer service experience, with a preference for 6 months of experience in a contact center or retail environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook and Word. A minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute. Preferred experience with computer processing/data entry software.
