As a Settlement Coordinator, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward, working closely with various stakeholders to facilitate timely settlements and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Ensure Timely Acquisitions and Dispositions: Process acquisitions efficiently to get properties to market quickly, and manage dispositions to ensure a smooth settlement process. Dedicated Customer Representation: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the settlement process, providing updates and addressing any concerns. Contract and Settlement Statement Management: Review, enter, and verify contracts and settlement statements in our CRM system to maintain accuracy and compliance. Title Company Relationship Management: Foster strong relationships with title companies to ensure settlements are processed in a timely manner, resolving any issues that may arise. Property Marketing Support: Assist with ordering professional pictures, generating online listings, and staging properties to enhance their market appeal. Collaboration with Construction Department: Work closely with the construction team to ensure projects are completed prior to listing, aligning with our business objectives. Expansion into New Markets: Contribute to our nationwide expansion efforts by supporting the entry into new geographic markets. About You To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in the settlement or title industry, with a minimum of 2 years of experience. A High School Diploma is required, although a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Excellent communication and computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, are essential. You should thrive in fast-paced environments, be highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of experience in the settlement/title industry. High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate transactions or a related field. Familiarity with CRM systems and their application in managing real estate transactions. Knowledge of title company operations and the settlement process.
