Our team is friendly, dynamic, and passionate about the beauty industry, and we're looking for a talented Retail Sales Manager to join our ranks.Job SummaryAs a Retail Sales Manager for our Korean Indie Skincare Brand, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all off-line channels, including Ulta and Target. You will direct and coordinate sales activities, plan and execute in-store promotional events, and maintain healthy stock levels at stores. Your goal will be to achieve high-level sales performance, develop strong relationships with key retail partners, and identify new sales opportunities.Key Responsibilities• Oversee and manage all off-line channels, including Ulta and Target, to drive sales growth and brand awareness• Direct and coordinate all off-line sales activities, including in-store promotions, visual merchandising, and stock management• Plan and oversee in-store promotional events, including product launches, demos, and workshops• Maintain healthy stock levels at stores, including monitoring inventory levels and executing needed actions• Achieve high-level sales performance, including meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs• Prepare sales projections, budgets, and expenditures, and control them within budget• Track and analyze sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics, including sales trends, customer behavior, and market analysis• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Ulta and Target• Identify emerging channels and markets to find new sales opportunities and drive business growth• Stay up-to-date with beauty market trends, including competitor analysis, market research, and industry developments• Create and communicate weekly and monthly reports, including highlights and actions• Demonstrate teamwork by assisting and cooperating with co-workers as needed, working cross-functionally across departments• Communicate effectively and demonstrate flexibility with changing business needsRequirements and QualificationsEssential Qualifications:• 4+ years of experience working in the beauty industry, preferably with a skincare brand• Proven experience working with Ulta and Target retailers, including managing sales activities and relationships• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to track and analyze sales statistics• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop strong relationships with retail partners• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and initiativePreferred Qualifications:• Experience with visual merchandising, in-store promotions, and product launches• Knowledge of beauty market trends, competitor analysis, and market research• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPointWhat We OfferAs a Retail Sales Manager with our Korean Indie Skincare Brand, you can expect:• A competitive salary range of $85,000 - $95,000, commensurate with experience• A comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance• A remote work environment with monthly meetings in New York City, offering flexibility and work-life balance• Opportunities for career growth and professional development, including training and mentorship• A dynamic and supportive team environment, with a focus on collaboration and teamworkWhy Join Our Team?We're looking for talented and motivated professionals who share our passion for the beauty industry and our commitment to providing high-quality skincare products.
