We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from Kansas, USA. Job Overview The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our purchasing team, ensuring the accurate and timely entry of orders into our internal systems, and generating pre-set reports to gain market insights. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing the Corporate Import Demand process from start to finish, ensuring that all new orders, order modifications, and new vendor account setups are prepared and handled with accurate data for entry. Key Responsibilities Plan orders, order amendments, and new vendor account arrangements with all the necessary import data Meet weekly deadlines for order completion and ensure that established guidelines are followed Collaborate with various internal groups to gather and enter data required to generate a PO Convey orders consistently, maintaining the quality of output and efficiency of work Identify and escalate system issues to the relevant teams and follow up with stakeholders when required information is not provided within a reasonable timeframe Keep all relevant parties informed about project/task status and ensure that all tasks are completed within the required timeframe Demonstrate flexibility and a willingness to assist colleagues as needed, such as during absences Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you should possess: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field At least 2 years of administrative experience, although new graduates will be considered HKDSE or HKCEE or above (or equivalent) Conversational English skills, with other languages or Chinese dialects being an asset Proficiency in MS Excel, with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build both internal and external relationships A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently, solve problems, and implement solutions Strong attention to detail, with a curious and driven approach to work Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications and skills would be highly desirable: Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role, preferably in a purchasing or logistics environment Knowledge of import and export procedures, as well as experience with corporate import demand processes Familiarity with MS Access or other database management systems Experience with report generation and data analysis Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
