Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry Clerk and Help Desk Support Specialist to join our team. Key Responsibilities Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat Open and submit customer requests into our ticketing system for Help Desk technicians to review Review each open ticket to determine the outcome of the Help Desk's response (e.g., problem resolved, requires coordinated call with customer) Email responses to customers to ensure they receive exceptional customer service and updates on their issues Work closely with Help Desk technicians to resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and issue resolutions Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers via phone, email, or online chat Meet productivity and quality standards, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A strong background in IT Help Desk ticket experience or online customer service for a technology company or busy online retailer Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner Exceptional typing skills, with the ability to type accurately and efficiently Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Preferred Qualifications We're looking for candidates with: Experience working in a Help Desk or customer service environment Knowledge of ticketing systems and customer relationship management (CRM) software Experience with technical troubleshooting and problem-solving Ability to work in a remote environment, with minimal supervision Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits We're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
