Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to leads and existing customers to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns in a professional and courteous manner. Follow up on leads generated by our marketing team to facilitate the sales process and ensure a seamless customer journey. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up actions in our CRM system to ensure that all customer information is up-to-date and easily accessible. Assist customers with navigating our products and services, providing technical support as needed to resolve issues promptly and efficiently. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and efficiently, and to identify opportunities for process improvements. Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience, helping us to continually enhance our services and support. Essential Qualifications Proven experience in customer support or a related field, preferably in a remote setting, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues across diverse cultures and time zones. Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for building strong relationships and resolving customer issues. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with minimal supervision, and to prioritize tasks to meet customer needs and deadlines. Familiarity with CRM tools , with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to our CRM system and other software applications. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze problems, identify solutions, and implement effective fixes. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working in a global or remote team environment, with a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities that come with this type of work arrangement. Proficiency in multiple languages , with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues across diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds. Familiarity with sales processes and techniques, with the ability to identify and pursue sales opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
