Key Responsibilities and Duties As a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone with professionalism and in a timely manner, ensuring that all customer interactions are handled efficiently and effectively. Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues, escalating complex cases to the appropriate teams when necessary, and providing accurate and comprehensive information using the right methods and tools. Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times, and taking the extra mile to engage customers and build a loyal client base. Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents in accordance with company policies and procedures. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, and staying up-to-date with new products, services, and policies. Working collaboratively with team members to improve the overall customer service experience, and providing support and guidance to colleagues when needed. Qualifications To be successful as a Remote Customer Experience Advisor at blithequark, you will need: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues. Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, and experience with technology and software applications. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, with a high level of organizational and time management skills. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
