Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team in Lilburn, GA. As an RBT, you will work closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to implement ABA therapy and counseling programs for children with ASD. Key Responsibilities Provide one-on-one (1:1) in-home ABA therapy to children with ASD, under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA Collect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessions, and maintain accurate records of client progress Conduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plans as directed by the BCBA Collaborate with BCBAs to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors, and maintain open communication channels Arrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessions, with all necessary materials and equipment Maintain a clean and safe working environment, and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required 1-year experience working with children in a 1:1 setting, preferably in a special education or ABA setting 1-year experience with ABA principles and practices, or willingness to learn and adapt to our ABA model Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification, or willingness to obtain certification within a specified timeframe Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, families, and colleagues Personal means of transportation, with a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license Ability to lift up to 35lbs, and perform activities that require fine and gross motor skills, bending, kneeling, squatting, and standing for periods of time Preferred Qualifications Experience working with children with ASD, or other developmental disabilities Knowledge of ABA principles and practices, including discrete trial training, positive reinforcement, and behavior reduction strategies Experience with data collection and analysis, and the ability to maintain accurate records of client progress Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of flexibility and adaptability Skills and Competencies Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients, families, and colleagues Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Ability to maintain confidentiality, and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate records and reports Career Growth Opportunities At Key Autism Services, we are committed to supporting the professional growth and development of our team members.
