About the Opportunity We're seeking an accomplished Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform, driving innovation and excellence in customer experience. As a Product Manager, you'll be the driving force behind shaping the future of our CS technology, working closely with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, as well as third-party solution providers. Key Responsibilities Product Management Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight for our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with internal tools. Strategy Development: Collaborate with CS functional teams to understand their vision and challenges, defining strategy, capturing requirements, and prioritizing features to deliver exceptional solutions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and third-party solution providers to manage integrations and adoption of product features, ensuring seamless execution. Global Perspective: Understand regional differences in support expectations and tailor experiences accordingly, driving a customer-centric approach. Expanding Product Management Scope: Extend product management responsibilities to other tools as business needs arise, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to grow. Embodying Netflix Culture: Champion the unique Netflix culture, promoting a collaborative, innovative, and customer-focused environment. Essential Qualifications 5+ Years of Product Management Experience: Proven track record in managing customer or internal-facing products, with a focus on customer service contact centers. Contact Center Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Contact Center Platforms, CCaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS, whether third-party or in-house built. Data-Driven Decision Making: Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment, driving business outcomes. Customer-Centric Focus: Deep commitment to delivering an exceptional customer and agent experience, with a proven track record of implementing projects that have quantifiably improved experiences. Leadership and Influence: Strong organizational leadership and influence without authority, driving cross-functional teams towards common goals. Exceptional Communication Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and foster collaborative relationships across functions. Preferred Qualifications Global Product Experience: Experience working with global products, understanding regional nuances and adapting experiences accordingly. Technical Skills: Familiarity with technical aspects of contact center platforms, including integrations and APIs.
