As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative, you will be part of a talented team that is committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences and exceeding customer expectations. **Responsibilities** As a Pharmacy Technician and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Performing duties assigned by the Data Entry Manager, including answering phones, responding to orders, and resolving client complaints and inquiries in a timely manner. * Triage incoming faxes by facility/department and in accordance with cutoff times. * Clarifying orders as needed to ensure accuracy and efficiency. * Providing exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving their concerns in a professional and courteous manner. * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, including patient information and order details. * Collaborating with the Data Entry Manager and other team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient workflow. **Requirements** To be successful in this role, you will need: * Active NJ Board of Pharmacy, Pharmacy Technician License. * Previous experience in pharmacy, with a preference for LTC pharmacy experience. * Knowledge of brand name and generic medications. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge. * Great telephone etiquette and communication skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints. * High school diploma or equivalent. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Knowledge of pharmacy software and systems. * Certification as a Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) or Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPT). **Skills and Competencies** To succeed in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, customers, and colleagues. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer inquiries and complaints. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on collaboration and communication. * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Moderate to advanced computer skills, including proficiency in frameworks and ECM knowledge. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
