About the Role We are seeking an experienced Identity and Access Management (IAM) Developer to join our team. As an IAM Developer, you will be responsible for integrating packages in SailPoint to enhance our protection and governance posture. You will work closely with our international-class software and platform groups to design software integrations that fit a scalable and nimble shape. Your expertise in IAM solutions, SailPoint implementation, and strong IAM domain knowledge will be essential in driving our security and reliability initiatives forward. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and launch customer-specific workflows for provisioning, correlation rules, access certification, as well as Joiner, Mover, and Leaver within IIQ Implement and troubleshoot IAM solutions in an enterprise environment, with a focus on installation management and maintenance Utilize SailPoint implementation experience with strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge to drive our security initiatives forward Implement JML events, custom/OOTB LCM Workflows to meet business requirements, with a focus on WebServices, RestAPI, and SCIM API connectors and Provisioning rules to customize software onboarding Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate attack risks, secure cloud transformation, and foster a culture of safety and reliability within our team Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: Strong exposure to general identity management, access control, RBAC, role mining, access aggregation/certification, and Federation Experience with trade deployment/release management experience, with a focus on Java, JavaScript, XML, DSML, Linux, Tomcat, Oracle, and SQL Server A strong mindset, with a focus on innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will be considered an asset: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or a related area 3 years' experience in systems and infrastructure engineering or a related area at a technology, retail, or data-driven company Experience with SailPoint implementation, with a focus on strong IAM domain best practices, design, and maintenance knowledge Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
