**Experienced Grocery Store Attendant – Remote Receiving and Inventory Management**

As a Grocery Store Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely processing of all incoming shipments while maintaining accurate inventory records. **Responsibilities** As a key member of our receiving team, you will be responsible for: * Unloading shipments and verifying products using an RF scanner * Staging goods and handling cross-dock procedures * Selecting flow-through products and ensuring accurate inventory records * Maintaining a clean and organized product receiving area, free from waste and recyclable materials * Filling up trucks with recyclable materials and other goods scheduled for shipment * Accurately recording all relevant details relating to shipments on paperwork * Ensuring a safe, organized, and germ-free workplace by implementing OSHA's safety regulations * Verifying and acknowledging common carrier paperwork and checking in drivers * Cross-docking goods from one common carrier truck to another at a logistics center * Labeling pallets with customized identification tags to optimize the put-away process * Reorganizing items in their allotted spaces * Providing exceptional customer service to every guest **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: * The ability to meet the physical demands outlined for this role * Exceptional communication skills and a strong desire to work collaboratively * The aptitude to handle all pivotal devices, including powered pallet jacks and forklifts * Complete and strict compliance with WFM policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient work process * Supreme skill in meeting and exceeding guest expectations * Talent to perform all duties with scrupulousness, accuracy, and punctuality * Complete comprehension of Whole Foods Market's policies, procedures, core values, business philosophy, and quality goals * The ability to manage paperwork with precision and thoroughness * Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to work independently to attain set targets with minimal guidance * Flexibility to work on a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays **Desired Work Experiences** * Warehouse experience is preferred * Individuals under 18 years old are prohibited from participating **Compensation and Benefits** The compensation for this role falls between $15.00 and $26.00 on an hourly basis, depending on prior experience.
