Key Responsibilities As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for: Providing virtual support to customers and advisors via phone, email, and web, addressing billing, insurance verification, product, and service inquiries. Managing both inbound and outbound calls, ensuring timely and effective communication. Proactively identifying solutions to anticipate and address customer concerns. Resolving issues from start to finish, or partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary. Delivering best-in-class service experiences in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing customer satisfaction. Assisting customers with insurance and copay inquiries, as well as shipping needs. Providing technical support for customers navigating our online pharmacy platform. Serving customers in a timely manner to maximize our relationship with them. Understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, not just resolve a single issue. Promoting customer privacy and safety by adhering to our Work From Home policy. Requirements and Qualifications Basic Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must: Have a high school diploma or equivalent. Be at least 18 years of age. Have 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools. Possess multitasking skills, with the ability to manage phone and computer tasks simultaneously. Be willing to submit to and pass a pre-employment drug test. Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience. Excellent communication skills, both spoken and written. Experience working in a customer service or call center environment. Background working in a healthcare setting. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, meeting productivity and quality standards. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a team member.
