Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent ; college degree preferred. Excellent communication skills , both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Proficiency in computer navigation and typing skills, with the ability to quickly and accurately navigate our systems. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed, with a dedicated home office space and a reliable internet connection. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable, but not required. Experience working in a remote environment or with a similar customer service model.
