The Opportunity As a mid-level Defense Property Accountability System Expert, you'll play a critical role in supporting our clients' most complex defense missions. You'll leverage your extensive industry knowledge and advisory skills to educate and support teams on DPAS modules, identify process improvements, and provide strategic insights to thought leaders on logistics management. Your expertise will help drive mission-forward solutions that matter. Key Responsibilities • Apply in-depth knowledge of property accountability and maintenance utilization modules in DPAS to support ongoing initiatives • Educate and support teams on DPAS modules, ensuring comprehensive understanding and effective implementation • Identify and implement process improvements in logistics and property accountability functions • Collaborate closely with multiple task leads and teams across various tasks, providing strategic insights and thought leadership in logistics management • Manage and oversee logistics projects from initiation through completion • Analyze data and provide actionable insights for logistics and property management • Clearly and concisely communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences • Work independently with minimal supervision while being an effective team collaborator Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: • Experience as an expert in property accountability and maintenance utilization modules in DPAS • Experience teaching and training teams on DPAS modules • Experience identifying and implementing process improvements in logistics and property accountability functions • Ability to collaborate closely with multiple task leads and teams across various tasks • Ability to manage and oversee logistics projects from initiation through completion • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights for logistics and property management • Secret clearance • Bachelor's degree Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications can help you stand out: • Advanced degree or certifications in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field • Experience working with DoD or federal government clients • Knowledge of logistics management best practices and industry trends • Experience with data analytics tools and techniques Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need: • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team • Strong project management skills • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines Career Growth Opportunities At Booz Allen, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers. The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD).
