Position Summary As a Data Entry Clerk at blithequark, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our databases, providing administrative support, and ensuring seamless communication with our clients and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for filing and correspondence, ensuring all necessary information is obtained and verified. Respond promptly to queries and requests from creditors, debtors, and internal teams, providing timely and effective support. Liaise with the administration team to obtain information, documentation, and resolve complex issues, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics CRM to extract file details. Review and verify files for completeness, following up on outstanding documents and ensuring compliance with our naming protocols. Perform calculations for income and surplus income obligations, and conduct searches for insolvency, Personal Property Security Act registrations, and house valuations. Create and review documents required for signature, ensuring accuracy and policy compliance, and file documents with the Official Receiver. Accurately transfer information from written and scanned records into our internal software, Ascend, maintaining client confidentiality and data integrity. Liaise with external clients to clarify information and obtain outstanding documents, and electronically file statutory documents. Prepare documents for DocuSign, review amended proposals, and perform other tasks as necessary to support the team. Qualifications and Skills Essential Qualifications Proven experience in data entry with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to work independently and efficiently. Proficient technical skills, including Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word), with the ability to quickly learn new software. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information effectively to various stakeholders. Good interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and external clients. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, which will be considered an asset. Familiarity with the debt solution industry or a related field.
