Your key responsibilities will include: * Troubleshooting customer issues using premium technology solutions to manage live chat, ticketing, and inbound telephone inquiries * Learning the ins and outs of our product and developing problem-solving skills * Hone your inbound sales skills to improve the overall blithequark brand * Aiding in the operational efforts during our largest B2B renewal season * Gaining direct exposure to roles in Account Management, Customer Success, and Business Operations This internship will provide you with a unique opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
