As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an integral part of our team, working collaboratively with colleagues to provide exceptional service and support to our members. **Key Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for: * Educating plan benefits, answering questions, and resolving issues based on incoming telephone member contacts * Utilizing compliant documentation standards to ensure accurate and timely resolution of member inquiries * Providing empathetic and member-centric service, exceeding our members' expectations in every interaction * Ensuring that every member is shown respect, kindness, and that all questions are thoroughly answered and resolved * Collaborating with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices, and to provide support and guidance to one another **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess: * Demonstrated ability to be empathetic and compassionate, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service * Ability to apply patience and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment * Basic computer, typing, and telephony skills, with the ability to navigate multiple systems and software applications * High School diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent experience * Or, equivalent military experience **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we prefer candidates with: * Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare or insurance setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with members and colleagues alike **COVID-19 Vaccination Requirement** As a condition of employment, you will be required to have received at least one COVID-19 shot prior to your first day of employment and to provide proof of your vaccination status or apply for a reasonable accommodation within the first 10 days of your employment. **Work Environment and Company Culture** As a work-from-home Customer Service Representative, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the support and resources of our team behind you. You will also be eligible for a $1000 sign-on bonus, as well as an additional $2000 bonus after 180 days of employment.
