Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, your key responsibilities will include: Responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing accurate and valid information to resolve their queries. Maintaining customer accounts and keeping records of customer interactions to ensure seamless communication and service delivery. Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service. Meeting personal/team sales targets and call handling quotas to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. Collaborating with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes and enhance the overall customer experience. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home to ensure effective communication and productivity.
