As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers, resolving issues, and building lasting relationships. Key Responsibilities Engage directly with customers via phone, email, or chat to address a variety of topics, from product inquiries to issue resolution. Research and problem-solve to determine appropriate solutions for customers, thinking proactively and setting follow-ups as needed to ensure contact resolution. Utilize active listening, patience, empathy, and kindness to customers and team members alike, providing a positive and personalized experience. Operate with a willingness to learn, embracing feedback and using it as an opportunity for growth and development. Collaborate with teammates, managers, and other team members across the organization using virtual collaboration tools to contribute to a customer-centric culture. Essential Qualifications 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening), demonstrated through a written assessment. Fluency in English; fluency in Canadian French (Quebecois) is a plus. Ability to multitask, navigating multiple systems and tools while maintaining a conversation with customers. Proficiency in using computers, including data entry and rapid navigation through systems and the internet. Adaptability and flexibility to shift schedules and work overtime as needed. Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information. High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to pass a background check. Technical Requirements A dedicated workspace with a reliable wired, high-speed internet connection (30 Mbps+ download speed/ 10 Mbps+ upload speed). A work area that is free from distractions and background noise. A computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam will be provided by blithequark; you must have a cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication.
