Job Overview The Customer Service Representative role at blithequark is a full-time, hourly position that interacts with our customers to address inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order transactions. As a key member of our team, you will provide an outstanding customer experience through timely and precise communication, ensuring that our customers feel valued and supported throughout their journey with us. Key Responsibilities Interact with customers via phone, email, or online chat to deliver exceptional service and resolve issues promptly. Collect and enter orders for our products, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our sales processes. Field customer questions and concerns, taking appropriate actions to develop resolutions and maintain customer satisfaction. Manage the flow of sales orders for internal sales partners, confirming accuracy and ensuring seamless execution. Maintain customer records in our CRM and other business systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with our standards. Establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external organizations, groups, team members, and individuals to foster a collaborative and supportive environment. Assist with various projects and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the team's success. Essential Qualifications To excel in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven customer support experience with the ability to adapt and respond to different situations, demonstrating a service-oriented and organized approach. A minimum of 2 years of Customer Service experience in a B2B setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software. Excellent communication skills, including active listening and attention to detail, with the ability to remain calm and professional in all situations. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Experience with CRM, ERP, and warehouse management systems, with familiarity with Zendesk and Asana. Previous experience in a remote or virtual work environment, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate: Service-oriented, organized, and able to perform in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
