As a Customer Care Resolution Coordinator at blithequark, you'll be at the forefront of our customer service operations, working from the comfort of your own home. Our ideal candidate is someone who is not only experienced in customer service but is also adept at navigating multiple systems to resolve customer queries efficiently. Key Responsibilities Handle a high volume of incoming calls, chats, and emails from customers, stores, and associates, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Navigate multiple systems to aid in answering questions and resolving issues, utilizing all available resources to ensure customer satisfaction. Communicate professionally in a conversational manner, providing personalized support to customers. Demonstrate punctuality, reliability, and dedication to making a difference in the customer experience. Collaborate with the team to achieve customer service goals and objectives. The Requirements: What We're Looking For Essential Qualifications A minimum typing speed of 25 WPM. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, including Outlook and Word. A high school diploma or equivalent (GED). Successful completion of our mandatory training program. Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a contact center or a similar customer-facing role. Familiarity with customer service software and technology. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment while maintaining individual productivity.
