About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Take orders, process payments, and handle customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive and productive work atmosphere Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to blithequark's high standards of quality and safety Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge Requirements You must be 16 years of age or older for in-store work, or 18 years of age or older for delivery work Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should be able to multitask, think critically, and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, retail, or food service is an asset, although not required.
