Our culture is built on a foundation of shared values, including Care, Integrity, Resilience, Servant Leadership, and Teamwork, which guide our actions and decisions every day. **Key Responsibilities** As an Experienced Customer Service Representative - Airport Operations, your primary responsibilities will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, while ensuring timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather-related incidents. * Safely operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure accurate routing of baggage to the customer's destination. * Providing exceptional customer service to our valued passengers, responding to their queries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner. **Work Environment and Schedule** As a member of our airport operations team, you can expect to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and efficiency. Your schedule will be based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight.
