Your key responsibilities will include: * Establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel, including: + In-house Agents and High-Profile agents + Senior management * Monitoring internal support queues, reviewing, processing, and assigning inquiries * Collaborating closely with Regionals Managers and Sales Representatives to meet account performance objectives, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve problems * Developing a strong knowledge of proprietary systems, agency operations, and title software * Assisting the Onboarding Manager with new agent onboarding * Supporting the internal agent audit team * Answering incoming calls to provide support or direct to the appropriate department * Preparing reports **Minimum Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you will need: * A High School Diploma or equivalent * Experience in Title Insurance, Customer Support, or Title Software (a plus) * Analytical skills and strong attention to detail * Ability to identify, prioritize, and solve problems effectively * Ability to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information * Advanced knowledge of software applications, including Microsoft Products, Title Software, and Jira (preferred) * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Effective communication skills **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications will be advantageous: * Bachelor's degree in a related field * Experience working in a title insurance or real estate industry * Knowledge of title software and systems * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you will need to possess: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information * Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At blithequark, we are committed to helping you grow and develop your career.
