About the Role blithequark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Consumer Retail Customer Service Representative to join our team in Exeter, PA. As a vital part of our consumer retail division, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth experience from order placement to delivery. Key Responsibilities Process orders with precision, reviewing details such as pricing, quantities, and shipping to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction. Provide top-notch customer support for existing orders, addressing concerns, and offering technical assistance to resolve issues promptly. Engage with customers through various channels, including phone, chat, and email, to deliver high-quality service and build strong relationships. Educate customers on products, keeping them informed about order status, delays, and any other relevant information to manage expectations and build trust. Perform additional tasks as needed to support team goals and contribute to the overall success of the consumer retail division. Essential Qualifications Experience with online marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, eBay) and a basic understanding of e-commerce principles. Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal teams. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, with a flexible approach to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs. Preferred Qualifications High School diploma (or GED); college coursework preferred, especially in fields related to business, communications, or a similar discipline.
