With a widely distributed team, we are used to working remotely across different time zones. This role can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada – if you’re close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or you can work 100% remotely. Please note that you must be eligible to work without sponsorship to qualify for this position, and this role may require travel to our Corporate Headquarters in Denver, Colorado, or to other office locations around North America. We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to focus on Invoice Simple, one of our EverPro products. Invoice Simple is the leading invoice app for contractors, freelancers, owner-operators, creatives, and other small business owners in any industry and in any country. Invoice Simple is the easiest way to invoice your customers and get paid. The Senior Product Analyst will work with Product, Engineering, Marketing and Finance ensure that we have the right data and proactive insights to deliver high quality, engaging, and intuitive products and services that make customers happy(er). You excel at understanding business objectives, identifying data and analytical needs, and providing consultative support to guide decision-making. This role involves developing analytic solutions for various use cases that drive value for Invoice Simple, collaborating with stakeholders to shape new business strategies, and serving as an authority on specific business domains including experimentation, price analysis, data integrity and data opportunities. Responsibilities: • Lead analytics initiatives end-to-end: size opportunities, design and analyze experiments, develop and monitor key metrics, and provide actionable insights. • Build and maintain user-friendly dashboards in Periscope and other BI tools, enabling self-serve access and improving visibility into product and business performance. • Provide consultative support to leadership, tailoring analysis to highlight the “so what” for decision-making. • Identify and deliver opportunities for automation and process improvement in the analytics pipeline. • Regularly audit and improve data quality and integrity, collaborating with engineering and central data functions to ensure strong foundations. • Contribute expertise in experimentation, pricing, payments, and product adoption to drive growth outcomes. Skills and Experience needed for success in this role: • 4+ years of experience in analytics, data science or business intelligence roles, preferably within a SAAS environment. • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. • Proficiency in SQL to query large datasets. Experience working with clickstream event data is preferred. • Experience working with cloud-based analytics platforms and visualization tools like Goolge BigQuery, Looker, Tableau. • Experience with experimentation in a product-driven setting and in developing analytics capabilities and tooling • Proven ability to work independently and collaborate well with different teams, with minimal guidance. • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, for explaining complex ideas clearly and effectively. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities. • Experience developing and maintaining dbt models, with a solid understanding of data transformation best practices and version control. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including location, local market variances, and candidate experience and expertise, and may vary from the amounts listed above.
