Position Responsibilities Examine user activity, website metrics, trends, and customer feedback to discover areas for improvement on uline.com. Partner with the User Experience team to create solutions that improve website usability and adhere to best practices. Work closely with Quality Assurance and Development teams to confirm web enhancements meet goals. Document processes and perform weekly reporting tasks to track progress. Minimum Requirements A Bachelor's degree in marketing, information systems, IT, or a related field is required. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with SQL is a plus.
