JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a high-performing Hearing Instrument Specialist to support our Remote Diagnostics program, delivering high-quality virtual hearing healthcare for acoustic hearing aids and Earlens hearing devices. This role is central to scaling access to care while maintaining clinical rigor, patient trust, and operational efficiency. You will conduct remote diagnostic evaluations, interpret clinical data, consult with patients via telehealth, and recommend personalized treatment solutions. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, tech-forward, patient-centric, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving virtual care model.
