Division: United States Work Arrangement: Remote Job Summary You must have extensive experience in all aspects of the documentation lifecycle to be able to support our projects in our US Land Services Division, and have experience or live in the following regions: Arizona Texas Nevada Oklahoma Louisiana New Mexico Ohio North Dakota Minnesota Wisconsin Responsibilities Ensure project records and drawings adhere to Corporate Procedures and Policies by overseeing their reception, review, assessment, processing, and handover to business units. Maintain logs and trackers to generate accurate project records status reports and ensure compliance with client, state, and federal requirements. Assist Document Specialist Manager to support the coordination of project teams and stakeholders to facilitate the timely handover of records and documentation. Perform required quality assurance checks and communicate any discrepancies or deficiencies related to project records and drawings to Document Specialist Manager. Scan and process hard copy records that have been completed and assessed. Assist in the management and flow of project information to internal stakeholders. Assist Document Specialist Manager with records management, protocols, and practices. Comply with LandSolutions policies and procedures, applicable laws. Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in pipeline, oil and gas exploration, renewable energy, or electric transmission and distribution is an asset. Preferred degree or diploma from a recognized post-secondary institution in Records or Information Management. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and diplomatically/assertively across all levels of the organization. Capacity to apply analytical and problem-solving skills in a high-workload environment with tight timelines and high-impact activities. Understanding of regulatory documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft products, including SharePoint, Excel, Word, Power BI, etc. Exceptional attention to detail. LandSolutions Inc . is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
