As a content expert, you will develop and manage content strategies for our customers across various digital channels Using tools such as Contentsquare and Adobe Analytics, you will analyse user behaviour and optimise content specifically along the customer journey, deriving recommendations for action for our customers You will create high-quality content such as informative guides, landing pages, campaign texts and target group-oriented articles, always in line with UX and SEO Together with colleagues from the areas of SEO, web tracking, UX, data analytics and performance marketing, you will create synergies and achieve common goals You will identify relevant trends, independently develop new topics and contribute innovative perspectives on AI in the content area Working closely with colleagues and customers, you will successfully implement projects and maintain content in content management systems such as Adobe Experience or Pimcore Your experience is based on a successfully completed degree in media/communication studies, journalism or a comparable education As a content strategist, editor, copywriter or online marketing expert in a digital environment, you already have professional experience Strategic thinking, analytical strength and editorial excellence are among your strengths You have a strong understanding for language, style and target groups – you can communicate even complex issues in a clear and convincing manner You enjoy working with content management systems (e.g. Adobe Experience Manager, Pimcore) as well as performance analysis tools (Contentsquare, Adobe Analytics) You are motivated by your interest in technological developments, especially AI in marketing and content.
