If you have 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing and love turning data into actionable insights, this is your opportunity to shine. What You’ll Do • Be the go-to strategist for client optimization, delivering smart, data-driven recommendations that elevate campaign performance. • Audit and enhance PPC campaigns, ensuring they meet and exceed performance goals. • Create and manage pacing reports, campaign builds, and A/B tests to fine-tune results. • Deliver insightful reporting—weekly, monthly, and ad hoc—to keep clients informed and confident. • Collaborate cross-functionally, joining client meetings and presenting findings with clarity and confidence. • Shape SEO strategies, review tasks, and provide reporting that drives organic growth. • Advise on marketing strategies, identifying new opportunities and aligning them with client goals. • Monitor and optimize performance, using cutting-edge tools and best practices to troubleshoot and innovate. • Drive ROI and growth, partnering with sales to expand client relationships and uncover new potential. What You Bring • 3–5 years of digital marketing experience, ideally in an agency or in-house setting. • 2+ years of campaign management with a strong grasp of SEM/SEO. • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field. • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. • Creative mindset with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Ability to multitask and prioritize, balancing multiple clients and platforms within SLAs. Variable compensation is not reflected in these figures and based on the role, may be applicable. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, location, and union representation, if applicable.
