DevOps & Security Engineer

Remote, USA Full-time
We’re building Reflow, a workforce and workflow intelligence platform that helps teams understand and improve how work gets done. As adoption scales, our infrastructure needs to be more secure, observable, and cost-efficient. We’re looking for a DevOps & Security Engineer to help us evolve our cloud setup, strengthen security posture, and ensure Reflow runs fast, safely, and reliably at scale. What you’ll do • Own infrastructure deployment, monitoring, and scaling across AWS, GCP, or Azure. • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployment flows. • Design isolated multi-tenant environments for enterprise customers. • Implement and manage infrastructure monitoring, alerting, and performance dashboards. • Lead initiatives in data protection, encryption, and threat detection. • Manage infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible) to ensure reproducibility and version control. • Partner with engineering to plan and execute a migration toward a more efficient, secure cloud architecture. • Support ongoing security reviews, compliance efforts, and audits. Who you are • Experienced in cloud infrastructure management (AWS, GCP, or Azure). • Strong background in CI/CD, container orchestration, and automated scaling. • Deep understanding of infrastructure security, including encryption, access control, and monitoring. • Comfortable balancing performance, cost, and reliability when designing systems. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and unafraid to make tough calls when it comes to reliability and safety. Bonus points • Experience with Heroku, Cloudflare, or Vercel environments. • Background in security compliance frameworks and audit preparation. • Familiarity with performance tuning for multi-tenant SaaS systems. Why join You’ll own the backbone of Reflow’s reliability and trust, ensuring the systems that power our intelligence platform are secure, scalable, and efficient. You’ll work directly with founders and engineers, improving deployment speed, observability, and resilience. This role is perfect for someone who loves systems thinking and wants meaningful influence over infrastructure evolution. We’re open to part or full-time to start. What matters most is execution and ownership. Apply tot his job
