Data & AI Solutions Engineer

Job Description: • Design, develop, and deploy internal AI applications using modern AI-driven development tools such as Cursor and Replit • Create and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and respond to evolving organizational needs • Lead our transition from legacy BI tools to next-generation, AI-enhanced analytics solutions • Build and automate ETL pipelines to ensure reliable, efficient data flows • Design and maintain scalable data models that support enterprise reporting and analytics • Develop automated reporting solutions • Partner with stakeholders across the organization to translate business needs into data-driven solutions • Collaborate with leadership to define and track key performance indicators and success metrics • Train staff and leadership on interpreting dashboards, reports, and AI-powered tools • Champion data governance and quality standards within your domain • Stay current with analytics, BI, and AI industry trends to drive innovation and operational maturity Requirements: • 2+ years of professional experience, including at least 1 year in an analytical or engineering capacity • Proficiency with database query languages such as SQL, Snowflake, or PostgreSQL • Experience with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik • Hands-on experience with large language models (Claude, ChatGPT) and AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Replit) • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail and big-picture thinking • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex data to non-technical audiences • Self-starter mentality with a proactive approach to identifying challenges and delivering solutions • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver consistent results in a fast-paced environment • Willingness to explore and adopt AI tools responsibly to enhance productivity and innovation in your role • Prior experience in a SaaS or consulting environment (nice to have) • Experience with React, Python, and AWS cloud services (nice to have) Benefits: • competitive health plans • paid time-off • company paid holidays • 401K retirement program with a Company elected match • other company sponsored programs Apply tot his job
