Position Overview: As a Customer Service Representative at Regalis Agro Inc., you will be responsible for creating positive customer experiences by responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product and service information. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, courtesy, and efficiency. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients have a seamless experience when engaging with our products and services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: • Customer Support: • Act as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and in-person. • Respond to inquiries related to product details, order status, and company policies. • Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner. • Product Knowledge: • Provide customers with detailed information on products and services offered by Regalis Agro Inc. • Assist customers in selecting the right products based on their needs and requirements. • Order Management: • Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns or exchanges. • Coordinate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately and promptly. • Feedback & Reporting: • Collect and relay customer feedback to management for quality improvement and product development. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using company software. • Problem Resolution: • Investigate and resolve customer complaints or issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. • Ensure compliance with company policies while handling all customer inquiries. • Customer Education: • Educate customers about product usage, benefits, and safety measures. • Offer helpful advice to ensure the best customer experience with our products. Qualifications & Skills: • Education: • A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in business, communication, or a related field is a plus. • Experience: • Previous customer service experience (preferably in agriculture or related industries) is highly desirable. • Skills: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software. • Knowledge of agricultural products or services is a plus. • Attributes: • Friendly and approachable demeanor. • Detail-oriented and highly organized. • Ability to multitask and handle a variety of customer inquiries effectively. • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first attitude. Working Conditions: • Schedule: Full-time, with some flexibility in hours based on customer needs. • Environment: Primarily office-based with occasional field visits to meet customers or attend industry events. • Travel: Minimal to moderate travel may be required for customer meetings or company events.
