What You Bring To succeed in this role, you should possess: • A high school diploma or equivalent, laying the foundation for your career in customer service. • 0-2 years of related experience, with a preference for background in contact centers, customer service, dental offices, or insurance, which will be a significant plus. • The ability to work overtime when required, showing commitment to supporting business needs. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders. • A proactive approach to assessing situations, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in using computer systems and keyboarding skills, ensuring efficient handling of customer inquiries.
