About the position Responsibilities • Handle inquiries regarding student loans efficiently and accurately. • Perform account updates and provide repayment options within policies and regulations. • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls while meeting quality assurance and performance indicators. • Assist customers in completing applications according to department procedures. • Ensure the highest levels of privacy and security for clients and customers. Requirements • High School diploma or GED required. • 6 months of contact center or customer service experience in a business environment. • 6 months of computer experience in a business environment. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor's degree. • Call Center experience. • 6 months of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote) experience. Benefits • Compensation of $17.75 per hour. • Health and Welfare payment of $4.41 per hour (capped at 40 hours per week) covering employee-only medical, dental, and vision premiums. Apply tot his job
