Customer Care Manager for Genesis Trade Academy

Hi! We are the team behind Genesis Trade Academy, an online trading school based in Spain. Right now, we're looking for a Customer Care Manager to join our team, take part in the sales process, work closely with clients, and achieve ambitious results. If you speak fluent Spanish, we’d love to discuss the opportunity with youя What You'll Be Doing: - Calling clients who have signed up for a consultation within 10 minutes of the application: establishing contact, delivering a bonus, confirming the appointment. - Reaching out to registered users who haven't yet booked a consultation: identifying reasons, sending helpful videos, and motivating them to schedule a call. - Maintaining regular communication with all clients in the database: sending bonuses, warming up interest, and guiding them toward booking. The base is currently small, but it will grow over time. Who We're Looking For: Fluent Spanish (C1–C2 spoken level) You must be confident in speaking and communicating with Spanish-speaking clients. ✅ Excellent Communication Skills: - Ability to build trust and emotionally connect with clients. - Clear and persuasive explanation of product value. ✅ Strong Stress Management & Self-Organization: - Goal-oriented, able to multitask effectively. - Persistent, disciplined, and focused on exceeding sales targets. ✅ Experience with Educational Products: - Preferred: experience selling educational programs, investment services, or premium offerings. - Knowledge of or interest in cryptocurrencies and financial markets is a strong plus.
