We are seeking an experienced and passionate hospitality leader to drive operational excellence across multiple properties. This role is pivotal in elevating guest experiences, ensuring consistent standards, and fostering a culture of service excellence. You will work closely with property leadership teams to implement best practices, optimize performance, and deliver memorable stays for every guest. Accountabilities • Lead and support the smooth and efficient operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Experience departments across all properties. • Collaborate with property leadership to strengthen operational performance and ensure service consistency. • Develop, implement, and maintain brand standards and systems for Front Office, Housekeeping, and Guest Services, including PMS and guest feedback platforms. • Monitor compliance with standard operating procedures, auditing, and continuous improvement initiatives. • Champion guest and colleague service excellence, resolving concerns professionally and efficiently. • Oversee Rooms Division financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, while supporting operational and capital planning. • Lead crisis management and business continuity efforts while fostering a culture of sustainability and regulatory compliance. • Analyze operational data and industry trends to continuously refine guest offerings and enhance satisfaction. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in hotel management or a similar leadership role. • Prior experience as a Director of Rooms, Housekeeping, or Front Office in a luxury or lifestyle environment. • Proven track record of progressive career growth and exceptional performance in hospitality operations. • Strong knowledge of hotel operations, budgeting, financial reporting, and Rooms Division management systems. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment and travel extensively as required.
