Core Account Manager

We're looking for an Account Manager to join our expanding team here in NYC! There are a few things we take really seriously here at monday.com: building an amazing product and providing the best possible service to our customers. Our clients love our product, and it's incredibly unique (and fun) to walk our clients to success using our platform. • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales account management experience with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities • Own the full sales cycle from identifying expansion opportunities to building the relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting • Strong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executives • Superb written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude, empathy, and high energy! • BA/BS degree or equivalent, relevant work experience Please note that this is a hybrid position of 3 days/week in our NYC office Visa sponsorship for this role is currently not available. monday.com is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer. For New York City-based hires only: Compensation Range: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary, subject to standard withholding and applicable taxes. Compensation finally awarded to the candidate will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills and experience.
