About the position The Content Marketing Manage r at Blueflame AI for Datasite will shape how Blueflame shows up across channels — from thought leadership to product education to sales enablement. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Growth/Client Marketing, Sales, and our executives to build content that drives demand gen, lead gen, and brand awareness. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for a marketer who can translate complex ideas into crisp, compelling narratives for sophisticated investment audiences. You will be asked to share your portfolio during the interview process. Responsibilities • Content Development Create best-in-class content assets including blog posts, social posts, web copy, newsletters, ebooks, whitepapers, FAQs, sales sheets, emails, pitch support, and more. • Transform product features, market insights, and customer outcomes into content that educates, differentiates, and moves prospects through the funnel. • Tailor writing for investment professionals across PE, private credit, IB, real estate, and other segments. • Campaign & GTM Support Partner with the Director of Product Marketing to execute integrated content plans for launches, updates, events, and broader GTM initiatives. • Support demand gen and lifecycle marketing with channel-specific assets for paid campaigns, nurture programs, webinars, and lead magnets. • Ensure consistent narrative alignment across marketing, sales, and client communications. • Brand & Editorial Excellence Uphold and refine Blueflame’s brand voice across all content. • Own and manage the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met across multiple simultaneous initiatives. • Repurpose high-performing content across formats to extend reach and impact. • Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with product managers, sales engineers, SMEs, and executives to extract insights and shape clear, compelling stories. • Create internal enablement materials that support Sales, CS, and onboarding. Requirements • 4-8 years of experience in content marketing, ideally within SaaS. • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality written content across formats and channels. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills — with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics. • Strong experience with developing social media content (LI, Tiktok, etc) • Experience supporting multi-channel campaigns and managing content calendars. • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
