We’re a lean team that’s expanding quickly, and we’re looking for someone who believes in our vision to shift the way people experience scents. The Role Creativity, voice, and community engagement are vital to Snif’s brand identity. We’re searching for a part-time Content Creator to help build out and run the social presence for our new cologne sub-brand, Notewrks. Notewrks expands the Snif universe with a concentrated focus: creating accessible, innovative scents that feel as effortless as your favorite playlist. The role will primarily focus on creating videos for TikTok, Youtube, and Instagram channels. We are looking for an individual who is conceptual, communicative, motivated, and skilled in detailed execution. The ideal candidate is in-tune with the Gen-Z audience, immersed in the online zeitgeist, and tapped into relevant lifestyle interests like music, gaming, sports, and fashion. Additionally, they are able to translate current trends into strategy and compelling content. This person should feel comfortable developing creative briefs, filming and speaking in front of camera, video editing in and out of native platform, while having an in-depth understanding of what types of content work for each platform. They will collaborate with our Creative and Social teams to ensure brand integrity and will report directly to our Director of Social and Content. To start, this will be a contracted role with the potential to grow into a full-time position. It requires a minimum of 20 hours per week and specific hours will be determined based on the candidate’s schedule and business needs What You'll Do: • Support and play an impactful role in Notewrks’s social strategy • Become the “face” of Notewrks and build an engaging persona around it • Regularly bring creative ideas to the table and execute quickly • Schedule and post on TikTok • Support additional work on YouTube • Assist in outbound community management by commenting on relevant posts and creating conversation around Notewrks • Create 15-20 videos per month • Edit short-form and long-form videos that can be tailored to various social platforms like TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram • Collaborate with our Creative and Social Team to continuously optimize and enhance our platform presence and structure What You’ll Bring: • Eagerness to roll-up your sleeves with a “figure it out” mentality • Proficiency for video editing in-app, and also on external programs like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Genuine excitement for social media • Strong experience using Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube • Ability to quickly understand Snif’s brand and voice, and translate this into our online interactions • Eye for up-and-coming trends and concepts to inform how we speak about our products • You are curious and innovative; you’re constantly seeking ways to make a video the best it can be • Next-level time management Bonus Points: • Experience in Notion • An interest in music and fragrance • Experience editing long-form video for YouTube What You’ll Get: • Be part of a fast-growing company with an awesome mission • Competitive pay • An opportunity for growth and ability to widen your role and responsibilities • Snif Product on us!
