Position Overview TST Industries is eager to connect with new audiences and engage our existing base through compelling organic social media content. We’re seeking a content creator and social media coordinator to help us expand our social media presence. This role is responsible for developing and executing organic social media content and strategies that align with our brand identity, work with our current marketing strategies, engage with our target audience, and drive growth. This role blends creativity, content creation, data analytics, and community engagement to elevate brand awareness and foster customer loyalty. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media and motorcycles, with a keen understanding of current trends and best practices. Key Responsibilities  Assist in developing and executing a comprehensive social media strategy.  Conceptualize, shoot, and edit content for all active social media platforms.  Manage a library of digital assets.  Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a social way that leads to increased growth.  Utilize all available tools to maximize platform performance.  Analyze key metrics and adjust organic strategies to meet business goals.  Collaborate with other departments to optimize content creation potential.  Work with and report to our Marketing department to ensure content aligns with current goals.  Manage and expand our influencer outreach efforts.  Stay updated with the latest social media trends and technologies.  Provide regular reports on social media performance and suggest improvements. Qualifications and Skills  Proven working experience in content creation and organic social media marketing.  Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.  Knowledge of social analytics tools, Meta Creator Studio, Bitly, and Hootsuite are preferred.  Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational abilities.  Fluent in English and well-versed in various social media platforms.  Ability to work independently and within a team environment.  Skilled in both photo and video editing software such as Photoshop, Canva, Davinci, or Premiere Pro.  Minimum education level of high school or equivalent.
