Construction Project Managers to cover the South and the South East of England. About the role We are looking for a dynamic and highly organized Construction Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent construction projects across diverse programmes in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience handling high project volumes, balancing competing priorities, and driving efficiency while ensuring quality, safety, and budget compliance. What you'll do Key Responsibilities: *Programme & Multi-Project Coordination:*Oversee and manage multiple construction projects simultaneously across our ambitious delivery programme.*Prioritise resources, timelines, and tasks to optimise delivery and meet challenging deadlines.*Coordinate with stakeholders from across the business to align project goals with broader business objectives. Project Planning & Execution: *Develop and maintain project programmes ensuring these are kept up to date and communicated to PMO.*Manage and build key supplier relationships ensuring that performance meets IVC expectations and escalate non-performance according.*Quickly identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to maintain momentum. Financial Management: *Monitor and control budgets across multiple projects, ensuring cost efficiencies and profitability.*Review tenders, negotiate contracts, and manage costs in line with approval processes and programme budgets. Stakeholder & Team Management: *Lead diverse project teams across different sites, ensuring consistent communication and collaboration.*Engage regularly with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to maintain transparency and alignment. Quality, Safety & Risk Control: *Enforce strict adherence to H&S and quality standards across all projects.*Proactively identify risks related to programmes, resource constraints, and compliance and develop mitigation strategies. Reporting & Continuous Improvement: *Provide comprehensive progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and resource needs to the senior team.*Drive process improvements and best practices to enhance delivery efficiency in a high-volume environment. Qualifications: Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related discipline.5+ years managing multiple concurrent construction projects in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.Strong organisational skills with proven ability to multitask and prioritise in a dynamic environment.Experience using project/programme management tools (e.g. MS Project).Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality.
