Client Success & Operations Manager – Airbnb / Short-Term Rental Management (LATAM)

We are a fast-growing short-term rental management company seeking a Client Success & Operations Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position based in Latin America, directly supporting our U.S. operations. We have 30 current listings but on track to have over 100 within one year from now! The ideal candidate is an experienced short-term rental professional who thrives in client-facing roles, has a proven background in operations and hospitality, and can confidently take ownership of communication, systems, and team management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, while also overseeing guest communications, coordinating with cleaners, resolving on-site issues, managing other virtual assistants, and building out SOPs to streamline company operations. This is a high-impact role that requires leadership, initiative, and hospitality expertise. Responsibilities • Client Success & Owner Relations • Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, handling communications with professionalism and confidence. • Onboard new client properties • Build strong, long-term relationships with owners by providing proactive updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring exceptional service. • Represent the company on Zoom calls with owners and partners when needed. • Operations Management • Oversee day-to-day operations across our short-term rental portfolio. • Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance providers, and vendors to ensure smooth property turnover. • Manage escalated guest communications and resolve issues effectively. • Supervise and train virtual assistants, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. • Systems & SOP Development • Build and optimize standard operating procedures (SOPs) for consistency and efficiency. • Utilize property management systems (PMS) and other software to streamline operations. • Report on operational metrics and recommend process improvements. Requirements • Experience: Minimum 3 years in the short-term rental / vacation rental industry (Airbnb, Vrbo, STR property management) • Management: Prior experience managing a team, including virtual assistants or operations staff. • Client Success: Proven track record in a client-facing or account management role. • Communication: • English C2 fluency (verbal & written) with a neutral/minimal accent. • Professional Zoom presence — able to confidently present to U.S. clients. • Technical Skills: • Familiarity with STR tools (e.g., Lodgify, Guesty, Pricelabs, Turno, etc.). • Proficiency with spreadsheets, CRMs, task/project management tools (e.g., Notion, Monday, Asana). • Other Requirements: • Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup. • Full-time availability Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM MST. • Within 4 hours of Mountain Standard Time. • Live within LATAM Compensation • Salary: $2,000 USD/month (full-time, 40 hours/week). • Performance-based bonuses available after successful onboarding period.
