Client Enrollment Sales Specialist (Remote – Independent Contractor)

About the Role We are seeking dependable, self-motivated individuals to work as Client Enrollment Sales Specialists in a remote, independent contractor capacity. In this role, you will communicate with prospective clients who have expressed interest in our company’s educational and personal development programs and support them through the enrollment process. This position is focused on client communication, qualification, and enrollment support. It is suitable for individuals who are comfortable working independently in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities • Respond to inbound inquiries from prospective clients • Conduct enrollment conversations via phone or video conferencing • Provide accurate information about company-provided programs • Assess client needs and determine program fit • Guide qualified individuals through the enrollment process • Maintain accurate records using provided systems and tools • Participate in required virtual training and program updates • Follow company guidelines and ethical communication standards Qualifications • Prior experience in sales, enrollment, customer service, or related roles preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively • Comfortable using video conferencing platforms and basic CRM tools • Reliable internet access and a professional remote workspace Compensation & Work Structure • This is a 100% commission-based independent contractor role • Compensation is earned per completed enrollment; earnings vary based on individual performance • No base pay, salary, or hourly wages are offered • Work schedule is flexible and determined by the contractor Training & Support • Structured onboarding and enrollment training provided • Ongoing access to training materials and program updates • Support resources available for active contractors Additional Information • This position is classified as an independent contractor (1099) role, not an employee position • Applicants must be legally eligible to work as independent contractors in their country of residence Equal Opportunity Statement We are an Equal Opportunity organization.
