About your new role: As a Circuit Delivery Coordinator within our Service Delivery team, you will be responsible for managing third-party resources, ensuring timely delivery of customer orders with specified quality standards. This role involves communicating regularly with project managers, reviewing sales orders, prioritizing workload, driving escalations when necessary, and maintaining effective communication with customers, vendors, and internal teams. This is a Full-Time, 100% Remote opportunity. Key Responsibilities: Support assigned project managers and the PM team in the provisioning of new orders to business customers for internet, voice, and SDWAN services. Process carrier orders, including but not limited to, new services, upgrades, moves, changes, and disconnects. Ordering Voice Services including Phones & Porting Numbers Request & Manage Dispatches Manage third-party resources, both internal and contracted, to ensure timely delivery of customer orders meeting specified quality standards. Communicate regularly with project managers, providing updates throughout the delivery cycle. Prioritize and manage daily workload effectively. Drive escalations as necessary to achieve results and act as a liaison for customer or carrier orders. Ensure timely and effective communication with customers, vendors, sales teams, and peer organizations. Status large project installations, communicating order status accurately. What you’ll need for success: 1+ Years of experience within the telecommunications industry. Internet Circuit ordering with Carriers preferred VOIP experience strongly recommended. Ability to document dependencies and priorities clearly. Experience managing escalations independently. Adaptability to dynamic environments. Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Excellent customer service and soft skills. Analytical and problem-solving abilities. Project management and organizational skills. High integrity and ethical conduct. Team player with a passion for success. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PC applications.
