We’re building a voice-first platform where creators can protect and monetize their emotional and spiritual work with integrity, consent, and dignity. Role Overview We’re seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) to join as a strategic co-founder and systems architect during our pre-funding and beta stage. The COO will design and oversee Evonaire’s operational infrastructure bridging technology, governance, and culture to ensure every process reflects our values of care, equity, and precision. Key Responsibilities Design and scale operational systems for a distributed, ethical-tech startup. Collaborate across Product, Legal, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution. Establish compliance, finance, and growth frameworks for funding readiness. Support founder in strategic decision-making, partnerships, and team development. Cultivate a trauma-informed, accessible, and inclusive organizational culture. Qualifications 5+ years in operations, strategy, or startup leadership. Experience in governance, organizational design, or social enterprise management. Strong analytical, communication, and people-management skills.
