Overview Position: **Bilingual Spanish** - Call Monitor Location: U.S Remote; Working under Pacific Standard Time Zone hours Pay: $17/hr. Position Summary: The Call Monitor works with the Inside Loan Agent Division and assists by monitoring and analyzing calls and call data. The primary function of this position is to listen to calls and evaluate the quality of the call. By both using call monitoring software and Excel, the Call Monitor will provide feedback and guidance on areas of improvement. A successful Call Monitor will effectively prioritize work load and practice exceptional attention to detail. Responsibilities • Review calls for adherence to established rules, guidelines and acceptability. • Provide feedback on areas of improvement to Sales Managers, Managers and Team Leads. • Respond to Management requests for specific calls, call data or reports. • Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the call evaluation. • Overtime may be required to meet business needs. • Must be available to work shifts between 5am to 7pm, including weekends. • Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications • **Must be bilingual Spanish** • 1-2 years of customer service, call center, or sales experience • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate with internal customers and management, in either written or spoken form. • Excellent customer service skills. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook. • High attention to detail. • Ability to work independently. • Ability to multitask. Desired Education/Experience: • 1 or more years of office or inside customer service / call center experience preferred. • 1 or more years of experience working in the mortgage or real estate industry preferred. • 1+ years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred. • High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
